Fulfilment of the contract

Your personal data, which you provide to us during the ordering process, is required to enter into a contract with us. You are not obliged to provide your personal data, however, we cannot send you the goods without your address. For some payment methods, we need the necessary payment data to pass it on to a payment service provider commissioned by us. The processing of your data entered in the ordering process is therefore carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.

If you send us an inquiry by e-mail, via a contact form, through the quote comment, etc. before entering into the contract, we process the data received in this way as related to the contract and use it to answer your queries regarding our products and services.

Your data may be handled by payment service providers, our logistics partners and shipping service providers, web hosting providers and suppliers, where necessary (eg. dropshipping).
We store the data required to fulfill the contract until the expiry of the statutory warranty and, if applicable, contractual guarantee periods. We store the data required by commercial and tax law for the periods specified by law.

PayPal and Stripe transactions

Please note that all PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy. All Stripe transactions are subject to Stripe Privacy Policy.

Credit check

In case of you requesting a credit account with us, we may obtain credit information about you from Creditsafe Business Solutions Limited, Bryn House, Caerphilly Business Park, Van Road, Caerphilly, CF38 3GG. For this purpose, we will forward your personal data (eg. name and address) to this company. On the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures, it is checked how high the risk of a payment default is. We make the conclusion of the purchase contract dependent on the result of the credit check.
