You can return any LED BY DESIgN products that have not been used, with packaging intact and in re-sellable condition to us within 28 days for a full refund by following the below steps:
 
Please complete the contact form for Returns Request Form within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

We will email you to confirm your Returns Request has been processed and advise on further steps.  You will then have additional 21 days to return the goods to us.

Make sure to only return unused products in the original condition and boxes. Take extra care to return in adequate packaging to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us.  We are unable to offer refunds on receipt of damaged goods.

You may wish to opt for a tracked delivery option, when returning your goods as we are unable to issue a refund until the stock is returned to us. You will be liable for postage charges when returning the goods to us.

We will refund the full purchase price of the returned items (excluding shipping) as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the goods are received by us. It may take up to 5 days to show in your bank.
