Shipping Policy

Please allow 7 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with an invoice. The tracking is also shared via email. In addition, updates can be sent by email.

Shipping time and Shipping charge estimates are as below:

Shipping: World Wide

Order Handling Time: 1 to 7 business days

Transit Time: 

Standard Shipping is 5 to 6 business days

Take into account products with an exceptional delivery time and products that may be out of stock. If you have a deadline for a certain order, it is a good idea to place it early. If you do have an urgent order, please contact  sales@ledbydesign.asia . If an item is not in stock, you will be notified and the item will be reordered. Shipping can be delayed until your order is complete. 

Shipping Cost

All Order Below $199  Shipping Cost is $35

All Order Above $199  Shipping Cost is Free

Business days are Monday-Friday 

However, in cases of delay due to unexpected impacts ( pandemic, lost items, etc.), we will contact you immediately at  sales@ledbydesign.asia

Wrong Address 

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.

Can The Order Be Delivered To Multiple Addresses?

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately. 

Cancelation

You may cancel your order for free of cost within 24 hours of making your order by responding to the order confirmation email. You may then cancel as long as the goods have not yet been sent. The order cannot be canceled after it has been sent.

Change Of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at,  sales@ledbydesign.asia

Marked As Delivered 

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived, you must contact the local post office and bring for us formal affidavit of a lost, stolen package or undelivered package. After that, we will endeavor to resend a replacement order to you.

This is left to the discretion  sales@ledbydesign.asia, however in this specific scenario we cannot issue a refund.
